Is your business a good fit for our investment criteria?

 

We operate exclusively in the small to medium-sized business space. There is an exception to every rule, but in general our ideal acquisition satisfies the guidelines below. If your business is a good fit, please contact us to start a conversation.

Company Criteria

  • Annual revenue of approximately $3M-$25M; EBITDA of $1M-$4M+

  • Minimal business cyclical exposure; relatively stable revenue and profitability

  • Diverse customer base with high degree of recurring revenue

  • Low CAPEX and working capital requirements

  • Identifiable and actionable opportunities for accelerated growth (such as geographic expansion, selling to new customer segment, product development, etc.)

Target Industries

We are open to various industries, but we pay close attention to industries that exhibit:

  • At a minimum, stable but preferably positive growth rates + secular tailwinds

  • Fragmentation, with no clear industry leader

Owner Situation

A good fit is a founder/owner who is:

  • Seeking to retire or exit but lacks a clear succession plan

  • Aspiring for a liquidity event to achieve life goals

  • Looking to reduce day-to-day involvement

  • Honest and motivated to ensuring a smooth transition
